Fattoria Nuova Pievanella offers an excellent opportunity to experience fine Italian cuisine in an elegant setting.
All of the dishes served at Nuova Pievanella are prepared with organic produce, most of which is grown on our own farm.
The traditional Tuscan recipes have been reinterpreted by our talented chef, Riccardo, to guarantee a unique menu, capable of pleasing the most refined palates while at the same time respecting the typical flavours of the local cuisine.
The menu changes daily to ensure the freshness of the ingredients, following the rhythms of nature: fruit and vegetables in season, meat and fish from local sources and hand-made pasta guarantee a healthy meal of the finest quality.
The restaurant at Nuova Pievanella also boasts an exceptional wine list, drawing from the experience of Ursula Carpini-Dürrschmidt and Alfio Carpini, who for many years produced top quality wines like the D.O.C.G. Rosso di Montepulciano.
